S. nemoralis is a lot like the parva or miomantis, as its colors range the same, ivory to dark beige, and light green to darker greens. Gets to 1 3/4" in length. Brave mantis that does not mind being handled and eats blue bottle flies and 1/2" crickets as adult. Nymphs are small and need melogastor fruit flies. Not native to the US & cannot be released, keep only as pet. No pictures, sorry, but see the Parva species, they look close to this.
