This mantis is full of interesting color, with stripes on wings and abdomen like our zebras, colors are light green to dark green with white mingled in and black stripes. It gets to almost 3" in length. It is easy to handle and raise, I like to take her on my finger to catch blue bottle flies that escaped, she also eats crickets that are over an inch in size with no hesitation. A lively, brave mantis. This mantis is not native the the US and cannot be released, keep only as pet. A good container for this mantis is the medium round or medium hex.
