A small mantis with a lot of spunk! When small or male, this mantis will outrun any other. Males like to take flight whenever able. They resemble ants when first hatched and will until the 4 molt or so. No longer than an inch for the females and the male 3/4". A good container for this species is one of the smaller containers. 
This kit adds the smaller vontainer and the flowers, a small mist bottle and food along with the mantis. This species is kept as a pet only and can not be released in the U. S.
