I use these cups exclusively to ship my mantis nymphs in. It helps keep them cool or warm, I use the molting rings for the lid hot gluing them on. You can mist the inside of the cup lightly and know that they are safe and have water in case of longer shipping box time. A lot of people use paper towel, which they mist, and it is then heavy and the nymphs can get stuck on it when it falls on them, this is much safer way to ship them.
